CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NAILS/LASHES/ BROWS (EXCLUDING OMBRÉ POWDER): Appointments may be cancelled 24 HRS PRIOR to your appointment date, and deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date upon rescheduling. DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE FOR FIRST CANCELLATION ONLY! A SECOND CANCELLATION FOR SAME APPOINTMENT, FORFEITS DEPOSIT, AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE.
