Cancellation Policy — Nails, Lash Lifts & Brows (excluding Ombré Powder Brows) -24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a one-time deposit transfer to a new date. A second cancellation for the same appointment forfeits your deposit. -Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of your appointment forfeit your deposit. A new booking will require a new deposit. -No Call/No Show: Failing to show up without notice forfeits your deposit and results in a permanent ban from booking with Vivian G. Beauty. -Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancelled appointment and forfeited deposit.
