Appointments may be cancelled 3 DAYS PRIOR to your appointment date, and deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date upon rescheduling. DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE FOR FIRST CANCELLATION ONLY! A SECOND CANCELLATION FOR SAME APPOINTMENT, FORFEITS DEPOSIT, AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE. If appointment is cancelled WITHIN 3 days of your appointment, you FORFEIT DEPOSIT, and deposit WILL NOT be transferred to a later date. A NEW APPOINTMENT will require a NEW DEPOSIT.
